Date poll

A free date poll without ads

Set out a few dates and times, share one link and everyone picks yes, maybe or no. Peiley shows which moment fits best. Participants need no account.

With Peiley's online date poll you find a date for a meeting, a dinner or a club night, without emailing back and forth. Free and without ads. You create a free account to make the date poll; anyone taking part just opens the link.

How the date poll works

  1. 1Pick dates and times

Set out a few possible days and times. Start with the Schedule a date option.

  2. 2Share the link

Send it in the group chat or by email, or invite your contacts from Peiley.

  3. 3Pick the best moment

Peiley shows which moment fits best. Confirm the date and the yes and maybe voters with an email address get a calendar invitation.

Yes, maybe or no, and then confirm the date

Not everyone knows for sure straight away. That's why there's maybe next to yes and no. Peiley shows which moment fits best. If you made the date poll with the Schedule a date option, you then confirm the date and Peiley emails the yes and maybe voters with an email address a calendar invitation.

Questions in the same link

Do you also want to know who's staying for dinner or which activity people prefer? Put those questions in the same poll. Participants pick a date and answer your questions in one go.

Reminders to anyone who hasn't chosen yet

Invite your participants from your contacts and each gets a personal link. You send a reminder to anyone who hasn't responded: by hand, or once automatically 3 to 14 days after the invitation.

For the meeting, the parent evening or the team outing

A board planning an annual meeting, a school looking for an evening for parents, a team picking a date for an outing: it works the same everywhere. For a recurring meeting, duplicate the poll and change the dates.

  • The date poll doesn't close by itself. Agree on a date until which people can choose.
