How it works
1Set up a few candidate dates
For example four Fridays across two months. The team outing template also includes a question about which activities colleagues like.
2Share the link with the team
Share the link via Slack, Teams, email or intranet. Colleagues choose yes, maybe or no per date, without an account.
3Pick the date and confirm
Peiley shows which dates work best. When you confirm a date, the yes voters (and, if you like, the maybe voters too) receive a calendar invitation by email. This only works for people who filled in an email address.

Frequently asked questions
What if some colleagues don't want emails?
You can run the poll through a shared link only, for example in Slack or Teams. Then no email address is needed. A calendar invitation on confirmation only goes to people who did fill in an email address.
Can everyone see who voted what?
No. By default participants see nothing of each other. You can make the results public; participants then only see the counts per choice, no names. As the creator you only see names if you ask for them.
Does it work for recurring lunches or drinks?
Yes. Duplicate a poll: the questions and choices carry over, then you change the dates.
