Alternative to Doodle
A Doodle alternative without ads
Schedule meetings, parent evenings or team outings with one link. No ads, polls and responses stored in the EU, and free to use.
Doodle has been a well-known choice for group scheduling for years. Doodle's free plan shows ads. Peiley offers a simple date poll without ads, and you can ask regular questions in the same link. Doodle's prices and features are indicative and were checked in October 2026.
Why Peiley often beats Doodle
- No ads, also not on the free plan
- Date poll, survey and live polling in one account
- Dutch interface, Dutch-language templates and support by email
- Polls and responses are stored in the EU (Google Cloud, Netherlands and Belgium)
- You pay your plan with iDEAL or credit card
Where Doodle (honestly) does better
- Doodle is better known. Many people recognise a Doodle link right away
- Doodle can connect your calendar (Google, Outlook). Peiley has no calendar connection; it only sends a calendar invitation when you confirm a date
- Doodle has booking pages and sign-up sheets. Peiley doesn't track places per time slot
Frequently asked questions
Is Peiley really free?
Yes. On the free plan you create polls and date polls with no maximum on polls or responses, and without ads. The limit is email: the free plan has 50 contacts, one contact list and 25 emails per month through Peiley, invitations and reminders combined. Sharing the link yourself is unlimited. If you want your own colours and a logo, choose Basic (€9.99/mo, excl. VAT).
Can I import my existing Doodle polls?
No, Peiley can't import Doodle polls. Recreate an ongoing meeting in Peiley and leave older polls at Doodle.
Does Peiley work for recurring meetings?
Yes. You can duplicate a poll and then change the dates. Participants mark their availability in a grid of days and times.
Where is my data stored?
Polls, responses and accounts are stored in Google Cloud in the EU (Netherlands and Belgium). Sign-in runs through Google's Firebase Authentication (processed in the US), email through Resend (US) and payments through Stripe (Ireland and US), under the EU standard contractual clauses. You can request a data processing agreement via privacy@peiley.net.
Switching is quick
There's nothing to move. Finish running Doodle polls there; create your next meeting in Peiley and send that link to your group.
