Login runs on Firebase Authentication (Google, US), payments on Stripe and email on Resend. Where they process outside the EU, they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

What can I do for free?
Create polls and receive responses, without a maximum. Through Peiley you send 25 emails a month and keep 30 contacts. Sharing a link or QR code is always free.
Do respondents need an account?
No. Anyone who fills in a poll or joins a live session doesn't need an account.
How anonymous is anonymous?
In anonymous mode Peiley stores no name, email address or invitation link with a response and no individual time per response; responses only appear five at a time. Peiley does keep track of which invite links were used, so a reminder only goes to the others; that isn't linked to the responses. What someone writes in an open answer can still identify them.
What happens to a free account I no longer use?
After 12 months without activity we delete it, after two email warnings. Logging in once is enough to prevent that.
How many people can join a live session?
A live session has a maximum of 1,000 participants. They join with a PIN or QR code in their browser. Planning something big? Run a test session beforehand.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. Free stays free.
