Terms of service

Peiley is a service for creating surveys, polls and group scheduling, delivered by Sharp Creations B.V. (hereinafter: Peiley). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

• You are responsible for your login credentials. Don't share your password with anyone.
• You use Peiley only for lawful purposes and respect the rights of third parties.
• Spam, phishing, harassment and similar abuse are prohibited — we close such accounts without refund.
• You don't use Peiley to distribute malicious software or to load the service in a way that affects other users.

The surveys, questions, responses and uploads you create remain yours. You grant Peiley the limited right to store, display and process that content as necessary to deliver the service.

You warrant that you have the right to process respondent data (such as email addresses for invitations), and that respondents are informed of the purpose of the survey.

• We offer a free plan and paid plans. Current prices are on /pricing.
• Paid plans run per month and are cancellable monthly — you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. On failed payments you receive a reminder; after multiple failures the subscription automatically reverts to free.
• Inactive free accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days, following 2 warning emails.

We do our best to keep Peiley available 24/7, but we don't provide a hard uptime guarantee. For maintenance we may briefly take the service offline — usually announced via the status page or email.

• You can cancel your account at any time from /dashboard/account.
• We may terminate an account for breach of these terms, fraud or abuse. On non-payment, access to paid features lapses after a reasonable reminder.
• On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except where legal retention applies.

Peiley is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damaging event, or €100 if that is higher. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by third parties or force majeure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or for mandatory consumer rights.

Our privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data. For business use you can request a data processing agreement via dpa@peiley.net.

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll announce it at least 30 days in advance by email or via an in-app banner. By continuing to use the service after the effective date, you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Peiley is registered.
