Jumps and one question per screen
With jumps, people only get the questions that apply to them. For a single-choice question you choose per answer which question comes next, for a scale question per range. You decide whether the questionnaire is on one page or shows one question per screen.
A survey with a QR code, a link or on your site
Share the link wherever you want. Peiley makes the QR code in your browser, without an outside service: handy on a poster, a flyer or the screen in the room. You can also put the survey on your own site, with an iframe that adjusts its own height, a script or a button. Or invite your contacts by email with a personal link and send a reminder to anyone who hasn't responded.

You see the answers with a chart per question, updated when you open or refresh the page. Download everything as CSV for Excel, or make a PDF report through print to PDF. If you start with the Measure NPS or Employee satisfaction option, you see the NPS summary on your results page; the PDF report always includes it.
Anonymous when it's sensitive
Is your survey about work, the atmosphere in a team or something personal? Turn on anonymous mode. Then Peiley stores no name, email address or invitation link with an answer, and you only see the answers in groups of at least five.

Good to know
- There is no closing date. You can set a maximum number of responses.
- Answers are saved when someone presses send. Anyone who stops halfway leaves nothing behind.
- Jumps go to a later question or to the end. Rules like 'only show question 5 if' and bringing earlier answers back into a question aren't available.
- A survey has one language. If you want it in two languages, make two surveys.
Frequently asked questions
Is making a survey really free?
Yes. On the free plan you create polls with no maximum on polls and responses, and without ads. The limit is email through Peiley: 50 contacts and 25 emails a month. Sharing a link always works. Your own colours and a logo come with Basic (€9.99/mo, excl. VAT).
Do respondents need an account?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code and fill in the questionnaire in their browser, on a phone, tablet or computer.
Can I share a survey with a QR code?
Yes. When you share, there's a QR code that Peiley makes in your browser. Show it on a screen or print it, for example on a poster or flyer.
Can I make the survey anonymous?
Yes, with anonymous mode. Choose it before you publish: after the first answer the questions are fixed. An open answer can still make someone recognisable.
Can I put the survey on my website?
Yes. You can embed it with an iframe that adjusts its own height, with a script or as a button that opens the survey.
Can I open the answers in Excel?
Yes. Download the answers as a CSV file and open it in Excel. A PDF report with charts is also possible.
