On SurveyMonkey's free plan you only see a limited number of responses per survey and a survey can have at most 10 questions. Exporting requires a paid plan. Frequently asked questions
Do I really see all my responses on the free plan?
Yes. The free plan doesn't limit how many responses you see or export: to CSV (for Excel) or as a PDF report. Only in anonymous mode do responses appear in groups of at least 5.
Where is my data stored?
Polls, responses and accounts are stored in Google Cloud in the EU (eur3, Netherlands and Belgium), the server functions in europe-west1 (Belgium). Sign-in runs through Google's Firebase Authentication (processed in the US), email through Resend (US) and payments through Stripe (Ireland and US), under the EU standard contractual clauses. You can request a data processing agreement via privacy@peiley.net.
Does Peiley have an NPS question?
Yes. There's a scale question for NPS (0-10), alongside 1-5 and 1-10 scales, single choice, multiple choice and open questions. The NPS report splits the answers into promoters, passives and detractors.
Move your questions over via CSV
First put your questions in our CSV format, with the columns type, title, required, options and description. Then import the file in the builder. This works for single choice, multiple choice, short and long text and scale questions. Importing a SurveyMonkey export or Excel file directly isn't possible, and earlier responses don't come along.
